Six Days in Fallujah to see 2010 release?

March 3, 2010

According to IGN, Atomic Games’ controversial shooter, Six Days in Fallujah, is complete and ready for release.

The studio had undergone its own bit of turmoil last year, when Konami decided not to publish the shooter due to the game’s controversial setting — the Iraq War. Still without a publisher, the studio had to lay off several employees in August. Many doubted the game would ever see release — heck, even completion. It looks like Atomic may be shutting those doubters up, though.

“I can promise you that game is still coming out and it is finished,” IGN’s source said.

Who the publisher will be and when the game will hit retail is still unknown.
